Next week we will pass the inquiry date of the new noa1 and I wanted to ask what you would suggest:

 

- should we call them

or

- should we just submit the inquiry on the new website?

My fiancée rang and was told they’d give him a call back in two hours, they just rang and there was a really rude lady who mentioned that there are no updates yet and it’s still within the time frame.😔

That's what we got told last Friday and less than a week later we got our approval. Just stay strong and it'll soon come

I too called them this morning but likewise I got the boilerplate response. I think at this point its best to just wait. I hope you get yours soon.

I’m feeling so defeated. I really hoped my fiancé would be here when I had the baby but of course with my luck nothing works out. I’m February 14th old site Feb 19 new site. Last week I called and they told me that I will get a response in three weeks. I called today and the lady told me maybe in another 2-6 months. I’m so frustrated I just want my family together. I don’t know what to do. Or who to reach out to.

This is one of the reasons it’s not a good idea to call. They given differant answers all the time.

Also everyone still waiting, we didnt get a text notification until just before 8pm Eastern time so thats an hour from now. There's still time in the day to hear something, make sure you check the old site. 🤞

My fiance called too! And he said that the tier 2 officer was really rude. Ive given up
