Sadly it dont matter if u have sent what they are asking for in rfe. Send 6 to 10 more photos make sure they have all needed info on or with the photos.

Do a short and sweet letter for intent to marry. If its from beneficiary have them email it to u with there signature AMD date.

Write a letter of how u met. If have sent one already make it a short and sweet one. Have separate letter from both petitioner and beneficiary.

Not awful difficult rfe. Juat need to do as they ask.

Congratulations on hearing something. Rfe is better then not knowing still..

The end is near..

Thanks am a bit relief . But since they’re asking for a passport photograph from both the petitioner and beneficiary, I will have to send it via courier service but I don’t know which is faster and reliable . DHL or UPS .. Am the beneficiary from Nigeria...

Do we have anyone from Nigeria here to tell me how to go about it ????? Plssss🙏

u just provide both (petitioner and beneficiary) passport size photos with name tag at the back of the photo. then next is you need to make a fiance letter of intent to marry both (petitioner and beneficiary) with wet signature and date. regarding how you met you said that you met with common friend you need to elaborate that....coz its too broad to say you met with common friend thats all.

Actually u don't need to send passport photos. U can do it online and have the beneficiary email them to u. U can then print them off.

What my fiancé did when we sent ours in with original documents. Wasn't a issue at all. Just has to meet uscis requirements.

Hope me this helps ya out.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

I don't know about Nigeria, what I had my fiancee do is have her take passport picture locally, then send digital version to me, which I had professionally printed here. Not all photo places can do that (my local Costco can't) but overall it seems like faster way than sending via post. Also, yes,  they specifically asking about how you've met for the first time, so tell them about meeting via mutual friend.

Hello,  I'm also the beneficiary from Nigeria but I have my NOA2. You can use DHL. fast but expensive. You need to relax and not rush things in order to avoid mistakes. You'll be fine.

If it's only the passport and letter of intent, you can scan/email them to the petitioner. Simple

It's the one in Dortmund. Where in Germany are you from?

My fiancé will likely go to the medical in Frankfurt (assuming we do get an approval...still waiting). I will be there the week of October 8th for work so was going to go with him (he's phobic of doctors). So he can go even if we don't have a case number yet? Or was that only for Dortmund? Did you do the medical yet or just have an appointment? Would love to know what they do.
