Stay strong. Me and my fiancé had a really bad day last week with all the pressure and stress from this process. We felt hopeless. Looking back little did we know that was actually the day we got approved. It just took another week to find out as the approval in the mail today was the only notice.

I can understand how it must feel. mine received date is 5th feb on the old site and 9th on the new site. I spoke to tier 2 agent today and he said my application is barely outside the normal processing time- so he initiated a service request and asked me to contact them in 10 business days if I dont hear back from them .

This is just an update for everyone regarding our RFE. August 30th the old site as well as the case tracker app updated that we got an RFE. New site has not been updated. We received our RFE today - my fiancé didn’t check one box on our form regarding imb - which we did not meet through lol. He is mailing it back out tomorrow.

*waves* still waiting over here too! Got to just hope we get the positive news soon so we can start moving forwards. I hope we hear something in the next ten days,  as I’m here now with him for our birthdays, but feels like that would be just too ideal, and the uscis is going to torture us a little longer haha!

I just spoke to a tier 2 officer again today to see if they submitted/printed my RFE. And the answer i got was so odd. He said I was lucky that it hadn't been printed because I'd only have 87 days to respond and the timer starts as of the day they send it out. UMM hello waiting for a request is wasting my time. He also said that maybe the officer found what he was looking for and forgot to delete the draft. AGAIN that makes it worse. I literally don't even know what to do right now. I am traveling for work for the next 2 months and I literally can't call them everyday for the next few months to see if someone is doing their job. Also who is going to request evidence, not submit the request, and move on to all the other cases without finishing the last one! And it doesn't help that every officer gives me a completely different answer. My level of frustration with this whole process is insane, and I am a pretty easy going person. Any suggestions on where to go from here?

We are in the same situation: when my fiancé called he was told that we got RFE but it hadn't been scanned to the system (he called on 08/27 and spoke to Tier2).  No updates on both web sites, no mail. He tried to call yesterday to ask the same question about RFE like you, Tier2 was supposed to call him back in 2h and they hung up on him by accident. He didn't even get to talk to them.  He tried to call again but they were too busy to transfer him. He is leaving US next week and nobody can tell us what's going on.

It feels that there is no end of this waiting game with USCIS 😢  and we have no idea what we will do if RFE arrives when he will be out of the country.

I was feeling really bummed today for some reason and kinda like "we're never going to get approved".

So I went and took a fitness class to clear my mind and when I came out turned my phone on and I had a notification on the app!! Guys I am literally so giddy!! The new site isn't showing anything yet but the old site is showing it...I've literally checked it like 10 times to make sure!

I'm so so happy and honestly you guys have helped keep me sane and laughing for the past 6/7months! I think I would be half crazy without you lot.

I guess the agents have come back to work super refreshed after their break! Wishing everyone who is still waiting a quick a speedy approval coming off the back of Labor Day Weekend!

It's coming guys!! It's coming!!

So I believe there are asking you how you met initially, was it through a dating site, social media, game etc.  Which then led you to meet in person.

Keep your head up! It is going to get there and then it all moves really quick.

It does suck, just think about who you're doing it for and that it's worth it. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Sadly it dont matter if u have sent what they are asking for in rfe. Send 6 to 10 more photos make sure they have all needed info on or with the photos.

Do a short and sweet letter for intent to marry. If its from beneficiary have them email it to u with there signature AMD date.

Write a letter of how u met. If have sent one already make it a short and sweet one. Have separate letter from both petitioner and beneficiary.

Not awful difficult rfe. Juat need to do as they ask.

Congratulations on hearing something. Rfe is better then not knowing still..

The end is near..
