EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

Receipt EAD/AP May 30, 2014 Received combo card EAD/AP

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

Finally I got the approval.  K1 submitted feb 20th  Rfe recieved October 5th  they recieved the rfe October 29th  approved November 5th    FINALLY!

Nope she’s American and South African she has dual citizenship

This is why I said there isn't a need for me to advise you on the child as she has USA passport so need for paperwork for the Embassy. You still need to inquire to determine if there is a document or special procedure for her to leave the country with you. I am not familiar with your country and how the view this.

I just need to take her birth certificate with permission from the father/ beneficiary to leave the country

At least you received an rfe right? Ours is pending due to security check. And yes we did submit an inquiry and even contacted the senator
