I cant understand how unorganized they are... If this was all done by computers they would probably get through so much quicker now I can understand why so many companies outsource their work to other countries because in other countries they work so much harder and are willing to do what needs to be done to get their job done it's amazing Americans complain don't let foreigners in they are taking our jobs but meanwhile Americans don't want to work.

I don't know what country you're from BUT I take offense to you pegion hole every American with your reference that WE don't want to work!!! You can either keep your sorry A$$ in the country you applying from or if you are a US citizen I'll be happy to drive your south end to an airport of your choice so you can take yourself out of the US for good!! What an ungrateful piece of... I spent many years in the US military so there can be a place as free as we are in this country but I'll be dam... If I'm going to read what you are spouting here on VJ and let you get a free pass. It's to bad that USCIS doesn't evaluate character because if they did I'm sure you wouldn't get much further then licking the stamp on your application.

Greenbaum I apologize if you are offended by my comment.  I only mean that because this process takes a ridiculous amount of time.. meanwhile in todays technological society this process should be much quicker.  As for outsourcing jobs to other countries... do you notice the foreigners that do jobs that many people complain about?... if the complainers were willing to do the work the jobs wouldn't be outsourced.

I thank you for your service to our country it was extremely commendable for you to put your life on the line for the US... Sincerely I thank you.

It's not always that the Americans don't want the jobs, it's the companies who are either cutting their costs do to tariffs, taxes, competition or the business environment that government creates. Look what happens when tariffs are reduced. For the company it is better to manufacture in the US then in another country. Look at taxes. When government reduces taxes companies spend more on R&D and other tangibles. When you have those two then the price of goods goes down making the company more competitive. Being competitive for sales the US company earns them additional sales/profit. The company reinvest that money in hiring more people and they buy more or equipment while replacing older equipment.

Think of it as a juggler. Keeping the balls in the air is the goal. If each of the balls is R&D, Sales and Employees then they will be successful.

I accept your apologize. If I can help you in anyway just let me know. I'm standing by.

Congratulationsss!!! No one is left behind in this February group! Now come join us at the November ---> NVC thread, let's stay together in this journey.

Congrats to you and @June1990!! The second part feels so fast compared to all the waiting for NOA2. Mine seems to be on the slower side in this stage but seriously who even cares at this point! Will hopefully be 6 weeks from NOA2 to leaving for embassy but 6 weeks compared to all those months!? And finally there are things to do again! Forms to fill out, planning to start...my finance is starting to freak out a little at leaving his life. It’s all so real. So hoping it goes by super fast for you guys after waiting so long to get here. And same for the rest from this group still waiting!

We filed one online and their response was very vague, they are processing cases but cannot give us a, timeline when ours will be processed. On Friday we got a tier 2 to put in an inquiry for us. He said we should have a response in 30 days. He also said our case is being actively worked on. So we will see.

When the tier 2 submitted for us we were approved the next day. Could have just been coincidence but I’m hoping you get good news this week!!!
