Wait 14-21days after your approval to get your Case Number. Then the process depends to embassy your fiancée will be interviewed to.

We were approved 4 weeks ago tomorrow and NVC has not received our case yet. It seems SLOW these days (even more so than a month ago). Shocking lol. Once they receive your case and assign a case number it will go out to the embassy. They ship to embassy at the end and middle of the month. I’m hoping mine gets a case number in the next week and gets shipped to the embassy in the mid-November shipment. Would arrive there end of November. Then they send the packet 3 hopefully a week later, my fiancé sends that back, and then he can schedule the interview. While waiting this time start the DS-160 online and you have to complete the I-134 and send to your beneficiary with supporting documents. Once they have case number they can do medical. My fiancé is getting all his vaccines (has one left...doing one a week per the doctor) now so he can do the medical if we ever get the case number lol! We are hoping to be done by end of December but who knows at this rate...

congrats @Zumbadaddy and @madameMaison so happy for you both!!!!!

Congradulations🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊

personally i I don't think u will make it before dec 15th. Ur case won't be sent to embassy till after u have nvc number. Which will be about a week if not 2 weeks out. Ur best hope is that u can get nvc number quickly and be sent to embassy with mid November batch. Tbh u may not be sent till early December.

hope I'm wrong but wouldn't set any plans for December if I were u.

we won't have medical and interview till 51 days passed approval date. We could of done it a bit sooner. Maybe 2 weeks total.

Oh I wish 1-2 weeks out!! Tomorrow is FOUR weeks for me since NOA2 and they haven’t received it yet. 😢

Day #15 after they received our RFE response.

We both woke up with this e-mail:

image.png.4a5d6c6d6e3933e8de75cb6f7210391d.png

Does it mean anything? First time ever that we get a notification from the new site.. Not even for the RFE we received something.

Status in both sites is still "Response to USCIS 'Request For Evidence' Was received".

I’ve been approved since October 5th and I just got my third one of these emails last week. It seems to mean nothing.

Just got our NVC Case # last night. Just browsing thru what to do next

Since I have posted this numerous times before I guess I can do it one more time but I doubt it.

Once you receive your case number and your case has been set to READY at CEAC it's time to be in charge of what time you choose when things get done. To smooth that trail for you I have a few things that will help you process your visa there in the Philippines.

You'll need your Eligibility Letter, which is emailed from USEM. Here is an example of what it looks like http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/embassy-letter.html

Start by visiting Hanks site where he has taken the time and research, and of course, it helps if you spent 8 plus years helping folks in the Philippines sub-forum get their visas, where he has listed each step. With those steps, he includes the what, when and why to complete the item. Many have used the website and have had little or NO problems securing a visa from USEM.

http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

Next, you'll want to connect with those who are processing through the Philippines in the VJ Philippines sub-forum that way you will be with like-minded ppl who are sharing their experiences and also asking and answering questions. Since most in this thread is processing through another country they would be hard-pressed to explain what is needed for the Philippines.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

You'll find this on Hank's website but I will give it to you early and that is the Packet 3 Letter for USEM. It's found here:

https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

Here is the Packet 3 letter.

https://ph.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/82/2016/08/K1-and-K2-Applicant-Interview-Preparation-Instructions-08112016-English-336KB.pdf

There you have it. Everything you need to get your visa. Good luck and smooth sailing.

Hey guys, I only wanted to say I'm still thinking of those of you still waiting for your noa2. Tell us what's happening with your cases.

I saw your timeline. Congratulations on your approval wish you a successful and happy marriage, so nice of you to keep us in your thoughts.

I think me and @Daniela M_______ who are still waiting. It's been 45 days since they received our RFE response and 268 days since we filed. I started to think that we won't hear anything until the 60 days over and make an inquiry.

Thank you @mdma11 and @zahraa I am keeping you all in my prayers too, 🙏🏼 I think @Daniela M_______ Got approved if I’m not mistaken as I saw on Facebook, I could be wrong it may not be her. 45 days is certainly a long time for an RFE and it’s so unfair whilst everyone else got so ahead of us, lucky chaps! can’t belive all the May filers being approved now and nearly coming to June, I don’t look into any groups now I just keep seeing the Facebook posts on my page since I had liked all those pages, I still feel like turning off my notifications sometimes. I really don’t have words to tell myself anymore, i and my fiancée don’t discuss it either. it’s been very hard for us but I’m just taking each day as it comes, Certainly we have no power over anything apart from praying every day. it’s just been about 5 days now since we sent our RFE don’t even how long this will take, I don’t even know whether it matters anymore for it to be an easy RFE such as ours (birth certificate) or a complicated one and the holidays are coming too, I don’t know if the USCIS works during that time.
