So once were approved at this stage how long until the next step.. the medical exam and interview?

It will be 10 to 14 days for nvc number. On average.

Can take up to 3 weeks to be sent to embassy. Depends on when u get nvc number

once u have nvc number. "Depending on embassy" u can schedule medical and interview.

tbh @Naes be best to answer these questions for ur embassy.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Are you counting the days as to when someone gets approved? Or the opening business days for NVC?

So basically when we sent back the RFE with the faxed copy yesterday we also got the hard copy in the mail. We did mention on the cover letter that we didn’t receive a hard copy till date. So I hope that’s alright? Any suggestions from your side if we could do anything else since we just received the hard copy too? Or just wait now ?

It's total days. To confusing to break it down into working days. But, don't hold ur breath if u go past 14 days. I had to wait 21 days myself
