Feb 15th here still waiting :( time to go home and cry! I don't get how March people are getting approved (made the mistake of reading the March I-129f filers and a march 6th case was approved) and my case is still sitting there untouched. Ugh

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Good! One would think that they can figure out that the second marriage was legal because you actually got divorced before...LOL. I really hope that you get the NOA2 soon now. Meanwhile here my new hobby is to listen to NVC’s hotline music. So far I’m only calling three times a day...

Medical scheduled for Thursday, at least something is moving...

Should be a quickie... or we hope so. Be awesome if we got approved while she’s still here visiting. Not expecting it but, would be great if so.

U must have ur nvc number if u scheduled medical already.

Enjoy your time together! That would definitely be awesome!

No, you can schedule it in Germany without the number and she told me if I don’t have it by Thursday, they will just hold mailing it out until I let them know. The lab results take about a week until they get them anyhow, so I’m hoping I will have it until then.

Well I posted earlier saying I wanted some news, any news and we got it!!

NOA1: Feb 13th (Feb 8th old site)

NOA2: September 4th

I randomly refreshed the uscis casetracker app at 14:50 Eastern time and it said we are approved. I immediately rang Jack and he was freaking because he'd just that moment got a text notification. It's so weird that I happened to refresh it just as he got the text!

Nothing on the new site, no email, approval only shows on the old site/casetracker app.

I still can't believe it.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! This is great news! So happy for you!

Isn’t the moment you find out the weirdest feeling ever? I was crying and laughing at the same time. And all the waiting stress is immediately gone - at least that’s how it was for me. I know how much it sucks and how awesome it feels one minute later, that’s why I’m still lurking around to find out which other February gets their happy moment 😁
