When I try to enter CEAC, I'm getting an application error. Same error Friday night until yesterday morning. I was able to enter last night without a problem. I found out that our payments were processed and now we can complete our IV. However, system is giving the same error message this morning. Its crazy because it works sometimes but off and on. Anybody know what's going on? Are they updating? I hope it is becaise it being a holiday weekend.

Thanks.

We are held up until it works. I tried both Google Chrome amd Explorer.  Same error message. I couldn't complete the application last night because I needed to gather the info and I was only on my cell and not at a computer (I wouldn't dare attempt to complete it by cellphone).

I assume we can't mail our package until we complete the IV?

Had the same issue. Need to keep on trying seems like I have better luck in the morning and late evening. I had already mailed my IV and AOS packages, prior to my IV payment being open. Just stick the AOS cover letter in the front for the IV and AOS package. Unfortunately it is a holiday on Monday so NVC will not get to it take a look at my timeline.

I think their server may be overloaded. I know not much else, but if it makes you feel better this is a known issue.

BTW definitely use a PC, doing this on a mobile device is not ideal.

I'm also getting an application error when I enter my case and invoice numbers. Same error on my cell phone, Safari on my computer, and Chrome on my computer. Definitely some kind of issue. Too bad 'cause I just need to upload my spouse's photos.
