You are WAY off on that estimation.  It will take at least a year to receive a Green Card after filing AOS.  Only an EAD/AP documents could be hoped for within 4-6 months.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I have gone through numerous profiles here on VJ who recently got their AOS and prepared a database to analyze and understand the trends. As per that data, those were the figures that I got. If those figures are wrong then maybe people are putting wrong dates on this website.

Some cases get AOS approval in a few months. It depends on the local office. Most are taking ~1-1.5 years right now. Some longer.

It has nothing to do with the strength of the documents / evidence submitted. In the past, AOS from K-1 might get an  interview waiver where it may have impacted things, but nowadays you'll get an interview.

CSC? Service centers don't process AOS at all.

It best to talk with Ghana people who have been through the i130 process and have passed or failed ...they can give you the best information. There has been some that married first visit and passed because they made many trips or long trips and had lots and lots of evidence. The embassy has improved but is still very tough. From the evidence I saw I think you are on the right start.

that is HIGHLY uncommon right now and not normal

Just a thought. Nobody I know would marry anybody (never mind the country, let alone a high risk country) after just one visit and a few talks online. That is how you fall in a scam cycle. My husband married me after a couple visits a few years long distance relationship. I hope the OP wants to get to know this person better and then will build a better solid case. That embassy is one of the most tough to go thru.

Thanks for finding one......but that is an extremely rare event...if the poster entered the dates correctly.  I don't think we should use the extreme cases for examples.  I prefer to use average times.....which I think more accurately reflect what to expect.

I am telling you that's the trend. I have been through numerous profiles to understand how long it would be for me cauz I have to prepare accordingly. If you surf through individual profiles, u will find that. I am not kidding or saying it to prove my point. I am saying what I have observed.
