Hello, I submitted my case in last September and already got NOA in October but the case number that came with it isn’t working. I called over all at least 3 times about this in past 6 months but they just don’t have any answer. Does this happen to any of you guys? Haven’t received biometrics. I called in this morning and this guy told me it’s in pending and it is normal. So frustrating because I can’t even check my status online and they tell me it’s a glitch in system or it is normal. Last time a lady told me on the phone that my biometric request was mailed out. Nothing came. I can only share this feelings with yall.

Try creating an account on https://my.uscis.gov/account and manually add your case#. This is where I was able to track my case when it was not showing up anywhere initially.

Yeah I tried doing it, but it says it doesn’t exist in the system.. no typo, I checked it hundred times looking at the physical paper of NOA. Haven’t seen anyone on this thread having the same problem and getting really concerned.

Hey i got an email from uscis this morning:

I recently changed my address, is that what the last action means updating address? I still haven't hear about my bio metrics..

Anybody with similar experience?

We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on March 22, 2019.

My guess would be that it is because of your address change request.

I have been getting the email for several months with the first NOA date as the last action date. Since last month I have been getting the email with a more recent action date even though I had no request and there were no apparent changes to my case.

To everyone in this group that is waiting for news: please, have patience! I can only speak for people being processed at the California Service Center (WAC cases) but we are a long way from getting either interviews or approvals. Perhaps as much as a year away. As long as you haven’t received an RFE, keep calm and carry on. ^)^

In other news, only just over 4 months to go until my N-400 filing date.

The I-751 has to be completed first, but the petitions can be adjudicated concurrently. So, perhaps no longer for citizenship than for the 10-year green card. It depends where you’re filing.
