@vpalermo85 @changbaihou  vpalermo85 posted last friday(10/5) that she received ASC Notice but not NOA. her check was cashed on 9/18 i believe

9/17 on the check :)

Good memory.  I had updated the table but it got erased in further translation haha.

Mailed to Texas - 9/10/2018

NOA - 9/14/2018 (called to confirm and transferred to Vermont)

Biometrics notice - 9/28/2018

Appointment - 10/17/2018

Called this week, and going to the local office on Friday to see about the I-551 stamp.

And yes, my wager was correct.  We received the biometrics letter before the NOA 😂🤣😂

I got a receipt number by calling USCIS a week back, but still no sign of the NOA. My GC expired last week, and I have an Infopass appt (which I scheduled before I got my case number) should I still go for it. Would the field officer stamp me even though my case number has been generated? Thanks!

@vpalermo85 Thanks for confirming. And please update us on the I-551 stamping

All the best to you guys! Surely you'll get it done

Hey @desiring_dream18

Is your case already working at the USCIS web site if you check your status? Mine is not working yet. Only thru the registered account access.

I remember you and I have same filling dates and i did not receive yet nothing besides the Mail and Text on Sept. 21st.

Wow. That's amazing. The Vermont office actually works and gets things done.

That is a hilarious loophole! That your state issues driver’s licenses beyond your lawful presence is a huge boon. California - my state - ties it to the end of my 2-year green card. No loophole for us. 😕

It's my husband's cards and I haven't looked at them in some time.  But I do know that his DL is still currently valid.  I don't remember what his ss card says lol.

Yeah definitely not holding my breath at all. I have an info pass appointment on the 19th. It won’t have been 30 days but I’m hoping I’ll get someone kind enough to still give me the stamp!
