If you're military spouse and your husband registered to vote and his licence in tn, you dont need go change it to wherever you move to. We're still keeping our Florida residency and license.

Due to the transfer of the service offices, things are all wonky. 

 

Due to that wonkiness, it can take up to 60 days to receive your extension letter.  (Sit tight ladies and gents)

 

At this point I recommend scheduling the infopasses across the board and see if the local office will grant you one.  It's at the discretion of the local office though, so good luck to all.

I can't believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

I am still waiting for the NOA1 and fingerprint appointment. Waiting for the postman to show up everyday like crazy hahaha!

Btw yesterday I presented my SS Card and my DL to my new employer and they accepted for I-9. DL is valid till 2023

I got a receipt number by calling USCIS a week back, but still no sign of the NOA. My GC expired last week, and I have a infopass appt (which I scheduled before I got my case number) should I still go for it. Would the field officer stamp me even though my case number has been generated? Thanks!

Did anybody submit the E-request?

I did and got a reply quickly, here is what they say:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicate your Receipt Notice was mailed to the address on file.  We have requested the notice be resent to the address listed in our systems. You should receive it within 10-14 business days.

They gave me new hope although not sure it will really works or not.

Guys, if you have waited for 30 days and havnt yet received the paper NOA, schedule infopass and get the stamp. 

Take printout from online case history from USCIS/DHS website, fedex/usps receipt of you mailing the package, take print out of package was delivered, check account statement of your check was cashed. They can check your case status from your A number only

I read in a thread that several people were able to obtain  stamp on their passport but has to be atleast 30 days after delivery or your check cash.

2016-02-07: I-129f sent;
2016-02-12: I-129f text received;
2016-04-06: (54 days): NOA2 :dancing:;

2016-04-26: Case number received;
2016-05-11: Medical Appointment at Knightsbridge medical, London;

2016-06-24: K1 interview at US embassy in London --> Approved! :dancing:;

2016-08-04: POE at Atlanta airport;
2016-08-22: Got married;

Filing for AOS, EAD and AP from K1 visa

2016-09-09: Filed for AOS;
2016-09-11: AOS package delivered at PO box in Chicago;

2016-09-19: Texts and e-mails received for AOS, EAD and AP;

2016-10-01: Received biometrics appointment notice letter - Appointment has been made for 2016-10-11;

2016-10-11: Biometrics appointment;

2016-11-03: Received approval for AP and EAD;

2016-11-18: Received EAD/AP combo card :dancing:;
2016-11-29: I-485 (AOS) approval date :dancing: ;
2016-12-03: Received I-485 approval notice letter;
2016-12-05: Received a notification that my card is mailed to me;
2016-12-07: Received my Permanent Resident card :dancing:;

Please remember set the filing date as 9/1/2018, otherwise they will say you can't do it until you have already waited than 30days.

11/02/2015: RFE letter received (USCIS needs evidence that the site we met on is not an international marriage broker)

11/03/2015: RFE response mailed with overnight priority mail express to CSC

11/04/2015: RFE received by USCIS

11/09/2015: Approved!!! E-notification NOA2

11/19/2015: NVC received

11/27/2015: Case arrived at consulate

12/01/2015: Packet 3 received

01/16/2016: Packet 4 received

02/16/2016: Medical exam

02/23/2016: Approved!!!

04/26/2016: Entered USA

07/23/2016: Adjusting status, NOA1

12/16/2016: Interview, Approved!!!

02/02/2017: Green card in mail!
