Anybody experiencing the same with me?

I sent I751packet on Sept 5 and delivered by Sept 7 to VSC. I dont’t have NOA or any other means to track my case  my check has not been cashed yet and I didn’t sent the form for e notification.

I received a letter from USCIS which is from Chicago that return the photos I put in a binder, saying they cannot accept that format it was dated Sept 25 and I received it 28. I think my case was transferred to Chicago.

It is almost a month and I am so stressed out bec today I have fingerprinting process for the new job I got with me bringing an I-9. I don’t have anything to prove extension of GC though the job itself will start Nov 10 my gc expires Oct 24.

I just got this same letter, mine's because I sent a photo album-like set of photos for the evidence of marriage. Really ruined my day. I'm calling USCIS right to get advice on how to proceed.

They returned and received my whole packet just today! I sent an outdated version of the form. Now I  already printed the new one. My question is can i resend all the evidence that goes with it when I originally sent it?! There is a stamp date at the bottom of each every page of my evidence. Any idea? It’s gonna take me awhile if i will have new copies of everything.

I honestly don't know. They only returned my photos. I'm on the line with them right now as we speak.

Did they cash your checks at all or return them with the package?

Called as suggested earlier, was given SRC number and told NOA was sent on 09/18. The rep that help us said she filed a report with our local office since we haven't gotten the paper yet.

What....noa was sent out on the 18th and you still haven't received it? Danggg...that is so long. My husband is an Aug filer. Check for cashed on the 24th of Sept and we still don't have his noa either

That's what the rep and I said, I asked her how long does it normally take. She didn't give me answer, only said she was filing the report with our local office. Also our address is correct, so I am unsure why such a long delay.

That is ridiculous. I mean give it a max of a week and it should be here...but that is obviously not the case it seems... I been hearing some saying it could take 30 days ? Now that would be even more ridiculous.

It’s a pattern at the moment, most here can say that we don’t have hard copies of our NOAs.  The post office has been generally slow and unreliable these days but I don’t put all the blame on them since there should be the occasional screw up, not 90% of applicants without an NOA.  May be a delay in USCIS’s mail room

i m not blaming the post office itself,i think most likely it is the UScis side。i mean many green cards are expiring soon, not cool to not have the hard copy on hand。really makes everything more difficult for those that need it
