In similar situation. I would say hang tight: I feel (personal opinion) process is a bit extra lagged compared to other months due to recent filing address changes.

 

You can add your case by going to myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov and that is where you can see details of progress even if it doesn't show up in check status.

 Tried the app and my case on USCIS where I have a profile. It gives me error everytime I try to add the receipt #.

My assumption is that you are entereing on old check status account that is egov.uscis.gov. But this is another myaccount on uscis which apparently lets you do more than just check status. Give this address a shot myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov. 

 

If you have already tried then I would say give it end of the week.

My receipt number shows error in USCIS tracking App. I also looked up the status of the following 2000 cases after my case number. The results are: Among the 1st-1000th case numbers, no 751 cases, but there are some case numbers showed the same errors as my mine. I guess those numbers should be 751 as mine.

 

Among the 1001th-2000^{th case number}, I could find some 751 cases and their status showed that finger print fee received and receipt notice letters mailed.

 

It indicates that my 751 case is too early for USCIS new address and they might made some mistakes, while after some practice, USCIS got used to the 751 cases and back to track.

 

Began to worry about my case...

Was planning on calling and then I read the fine print on USCIS's website.

 

You have to wait 30 days if you sent your case to a Lockbox and still haven't received an NOA hardcopy.

 

Thirty days for us is on October 10th so will wait until then.

 

I vaguely remember reading the same thing when I filed the husbands I-129F and it was a similar situation/wait.  And before the time came to call the NOA came.

I have sent my I751 on September 8th to the California service center and it was delivered on September 10th. Its been 3 weeks since than, neither the cash was checked nor did I receive a receipt. My Green card expires in 4 days, I have already scheduled for an infopass appt on the 11th of this month. Is there anyone who is also facing similar delays?

 

Also I checked that eversince I sent my application, the address has changed from Cali to TX. And they updated the address on the same day as my package was delivered.

 

Can someone please advice me what to do? Should I refile and send to the new address?

Nothing yet. Just the electronic notification of fingerprint fee has been received and that they're reviewing the petition.

Hi, this is the normal timing for California filers. It is taking 4-6weeks to just accept the case. Are you sure the infopass works if your case is not yet accepted?

Please let us know after your appointment.
