Anyone who filed to TX have their check cashed yet, and/or received NOA?

 

I have a job interview tomorrow and just anxious as I know I'll need to be able to satisfy their i-9 requirements.

6/8/2016- Filed AoS (I-765, I -131, I 485)

9/20/2016 - EAD & Advanced parole card received!

Hi. I am trying to add my name on the list but I am confused to which service center should I put myself under. I sent my ROC packet on 9/28 at:

USCIS
P.O. BOX 21200
Phoenix, AZ 85036

I am also in Los Angeles CA.

10/28/2016: EAD card being produced

11/03/2016: We had out interview in Los Angeles CA. Our IO said they don't normally approve on the spot anymore and she gave us a paper saying "your case is being held for interview". The IO also said she is new, therefore she need to talk to her supervisor. Additionally she showed us a pile of cases that is being held for review, so it looks like it will take a while to get an answer about our case.

11/07/2016: EAD card was mailed to me

11/09/2016: EAD card received. Applied for SSN, needs verification will take up to 4 weeks.

11/10/2016: went back to SSA office with my unexpired passport, got verified right away.

11/10/2016: SSN card received

12/28/2016: I-485 status updated to "New Card Being Produced",later in the day updated to "Case was approved"; I-130 status updated to "Case approved"

(1 month, 3 weeks & 4 days after the interview) & (5 months & 2 days after filing AOS)

1/03/2016: Receive I-797 approval letter for I-130 & I-485; status updated to "New Card Being Produced"

1/04/2016: Welcome letter received; status updated to "Card was Mailed"

1/06/2017: 2 year green card received :D

Still no hard copy noa and filed in Texas.  Tomorrow is another day.  Going to give USCIS A call.

Thank you. But,  I wonder how come other people file in CSC, VSC etc.? When I was reading the instruction where to file I-751 it did not say anything about those service centers. Just wondering, I hope I did not send our packet in the wrong place.

You file to the service center assigned to your state of residence. It's documented in the instructions on how to file I-751. These instructions have changed in the past month so some of us will have different filing locations.

RoC Journey
09-04-2018 - I-751 packet sent to CSC
10-22-2018 - NOA1 date
10-31-2018 - Received NOA1 letter, LPR status extended to May 2020

07-09-2019 - Received biometrics appointment letter

07-10-2019 - Case updated again as 'Fingerprint Review Was Completed'

11-07-2019 - Case transferred to 'local' office in Lee's Summit, MO

03-05-2020 - notified that I-751 is now at the San Jose field office

10-23-2020 - attended combo I-751/N-400 interview - N-400 recommended for approval!

06-15-2021 - I-751 is approved! :)
