Hi Miki28 thanks for your reply.

I was reading the document checklist, under point 4, dont we have to submit tax return copy and other evidence of marriage as mandatory?

image.png.e050d1bcded5d569b4090e98fc31fc72.png

No. It was under additional evidence. You will see if once you fill out your application what they ask for mandatory and then there is next step additional and it says you can bring those to your interview.

and no. You do not specify anywhere that you are requesting combo interview. Some offices will do combo, some won’t. I have seen people having combo, people who did N400 and had to wait for approval of I-751 and got letter that they passed interview but decision can’t be made.

I have a question regarding applying for N-400. When you apply for N-400 do you get a priority date as the date you apply or is it the date of your ROC priority date? Basically what I am asking is if I apply now would I stand at the back of the line or the pending ROC will move me ahead? Seattle have an estimated wait time of 20 months.

you will be at the very end of the N400 line of applicants at Seattle.

I have heard that you can call USCIS and request to transfer your N400 to a different location to be processed there.

Interesting. Probably, prepping for an interview.

Nah, did my research and it basically means nothing other than it moved. Some previous posters got approved after this, some got RFEs and some got interviews.

But basically they are relieving the work load. Which makes sense. Since there has been no movements in CA.
