Some people got approval today from Vermont centre(EAC). I guess Vermont is working now

This is for  SRC filers who didnt get transferred ,I checked case status on check case status tool for several cases around my and also several cases before what i estimate might be august filers. I found 95% cases are still with "fingerprint review completed" either April 15, May 7th or 25th. a couple of cases approved today and yesterday and few RFEs around Aug last week. We can be more hopeful if many cases starts getting approvals in the next couple weeks

Hey Everyone! 

 

It's been a while but it's finally time for an update on the case.....

 

Application was approved yesterday for the husband!  No interview, notified card is being produced, and located at the Vermont Center.

 

File Date: 9/14/2018

Approved: 9/18/2019

 

Took a year but now it's finally time to move my butt over to an N-400 thread.  Time to get that application sorted.

Nebraska - received 9/6/2018 (I think), official NOA 10/20/2018, biometrics 7/4/2019 and now approval 9/20/2019.

 

I am really surprised! Next stop - citizenship 😁

My I-751 was received on Sept 21 last year and today I checked and this is the new message that appears on my USCIS. Do you have any idea of what is this? My case code was SRC ( Texas office )

 

I already applied for the Citizenship and I was scheduled for Biometrics.

It is prob because you applied for the citizenship. I believe it is a different office that handles all that.

They are trying to help with the case load. Some people get transfer whether they applied for N400 or not.  I applied for N400 and next day I got the same update. That’s been over 2 months ago.

What evidence did you guys provide(upload online) when you applied for citizenship. My office in San Antonio TX and expect interview in 6 months after application. I have not yet applied though

They only want GC and marriage certificate (if you’re applying under the 3 year rule). You can (but don’t have to) submit “additional” evidence - tax reutrns, photos, kids BCs etc. Or you can bring it to your interview. I only submitted the mandatory and then added few days later tax returns and photos with our son’s BC.

Hi Miki28 thanks for your reply.

I was reading the document checklist, under point 4, dont we have to submit tax return copy and other evidence of marriage as mandatory?
