I should be able to apply online already, since my Green Card was issued on Dec, 14 - 2016. But when I am about to apply, on the eligibility says that you can only apply if your green card was issued between Dec, 10 -2014 and Dec,10-2016. Those dates have not changed since 3 days ago.

 

What do you recommend? 

Based on the early filling calculator you should be able to submit your application today. I would wait couple of days. I have seen people who submitted it the day it said on uscis and they got denied for filling a day early.  That’s why I waited with mine 4 days to be safe. I did fill out the whole application and just saved it as a draft and then went over it again and then submitted it.

Mine is still "Fingerprint review completed May 25th" the biomentric waiver.

gutt feeling is it'll be Jan 2020 we can get approvals from SRC unless we ae fortunate to get transfered to LIN

I was transferred to NBC and USCIS told me SRC’s timeline for processing still applies to me. Have not heard a peep since the transfer. Don’t think I will. I am expecting more of a combo interview for N400 or have N400 done and wait for approval of I-751.

Do you know if July or August filers from SRC are getting approved now? We can predict our timeline

I am eligible to apply for N-400 now but I would like to wait till Jan 2020 (by chance if 751 gets approved this year) and then apply for N-400.

 

 

Btw how are you getting estimated time of case completion ?

I have a SRC number and no transfer. My status is still “fingerprints review completed” since April. No biometrics.
