Sent off my paperwork yesterday. Im a bit anxious. I sent it by FedEx and the guy working there said he had to go look for a box to fit my 6lbs of paperwork in since none of the normal boxes were big enough... I left the papers on the desk but dindnt see him physically put it in the box to make sure its in the proper order... It should arrive at USCIS Arizona thursday.

 

The process just started and im already nervous and impatient. Im glad the Arizona filing location accepts the G1145 e-notice. Hopefully that will give me a peace of mind.

09/21/2015: I-129F petition mailed

09/23/2015: Delivered to USCIS, petition received

09/25/2015: NOA1 notice date, routed to CSC

09/28/2015: NOA1 E-notification

10/27/2015: RFE E-notification

11/02/2015: RFE letter received (USCIS needs evidence that the site we met on is not an international marriage broker)

11/03/2015: RFE response mailed with overnight priority mail express to CSC

11/04/2015: RFE received by USCIS

11/09/2015: Approved!!! E-notification NOA2

11/19/2015: NVC received

11/27/2015: Case arrived at consulate

12/01/2015: Packet 3 received

01/16/2016: Packet 4 received

02/16/2016: Medical exam

02/23/2016: Approved!!!

04/26/2016: Entered USA

07/23/2016: Adjusting status, NOA1

12/16/2016: Interview, Approved!!!

02/02/2017: Green card in mail!

No, no updates yet. CSC is hopelessly behind so it’ll be a while. Since my case was received before the rule change on missing initial evidence, I have to wait for USCIS to process it, mail the NOA1 and then for an RFIE for the green card copies. That’s what USCIS told me when I called and asked for advice.

 

Now, if your case was received AFTER the rule change (I believe it was Sept 12) then your case might just be flat denied. 😕

07-09-2019 - Received biometrics appointment letter

07-10-2019 - Case updated again as 'Fingerprint Review Was Completed'

11-07-2019 - Case transferred to 'local' office in Lee's Summit, MO

03-05-2020 - notified that I-751 is now at the San Jose field office

10-23-2020 - attended combo I-751/N-400 interview - N-400 recommended for approval!

06-15-2021 - I-751 is approved! :)

 

Citizenship Journey

08-28-2019 - N-400 filed online

08-28-2019 - NOA1 and priority date (case estimate April 2020)

09-17-2019 - Biometrics appointment attended - case updated online as review complete

09-18-2019 - Case is being actively review by USCIS at the NBC

02-03-2020 - Case scheduled for interview on Super Tuesday!

02-19-2020 - USCIS cancels interview. :(

03-04-2020 - USCIS reschedules interview for 04/13/2020

03-19-2020 - USCIS cancels interview. :(
09-23-2020 - USCIS reschedules interview for 10/23/2020

10-23-2020 - attended combo I-751/N-400 interview - N-400 recommended for approval!

06-15-2021 - N-400 is approved! :)

Chugging along killing time until the NOA arrives.  The waiting sucks but this one isn't so bad in terms of hurdles because most likely the biometrics appointment will be next month.

 

Then I forget about the entire application for a year--beyond that nothing left to do other then twiddle thumbs haha

09/24/18 Check cashed, Text/Email both received with receipt#

09/28/18 Receipt# started working on USCIS Case Status Online

10/20/18 Received biometrics appointment letter

10/24/18 Early biometrics walk-in completed

10/25/18 Fingerprint review completed

Do you have the similar number begins as LIN ?
