Yup I still got my effing Biometrics appointment after the status updated in March saying they are done with the fingerprint processing. I'm so sick and tired of them not having their together. It's insane. A weeks notice and now I got to take time off work to go to Modesto out of all places.

And yeah it is out of CA.

I got the same update today, fingerprints etc completed in March and no biometrics needed and today I got a letter saying they have scheduled me for an appointment.

I'm located in Sac so luckily they gave me my appointment in West Sac.

I'm closer to Sac and I have family that works in that building so would have been OK. But no. Modesto, where I'll probably get robbed stepping out of the car(lol).

Im in the same boat. Received the biometrics appointment letter in the mail today while receiving a waiver letter in march.

At least when we go, most likely we will the GC soon. That’s why they take the pic after all

Im expecting to be interviewed. We have a strong case i think but i feel like we arent the lucky ones like some people on the forum who get AOS and ROC waived. So far our entire journey has been a bumpy ride. My wife is expecting and we are due in october. Im worried they will plan the interview around her due date.

I just hanged up from a call

I called two weeks ago and they said you can't see your case because of an error need to be fixed

But status was that finger prints were reviewed

Now I call they said it's system glitch for those who applied after June 2018

So I must call whenever I want to know about updates

And now update is that they are doing a background check and will be making a decision within 17 months!!!

Is that good or bad ?!

Has anyone that had gotten a waiver letter actually called Uscis and talked to them? Would be great if it was a glitch and we didnt have to go. Really don't feel like driving to Modesto.
