Ok, thanks for the info.  Couldn't tell what you were looking for from your timeline, it is empty..... :time:It helps everyone that uses the forum.

 

What does the USCIS site tell you?  The VJ stats only mention the VSC and CSC, and they are currently processing I-751 petitions with dates of May 3, 2018, and April 30, 2018, respectively.

 

Sounds like a little more time.... Good luck.

Just got my biometric appointment from LIN center. Unfortunately, they pick the only date of a year that I'm not available. Got to reschedule.... adding more time again 😂

▼ ▽ My K1 visa journey ▲ △ ( My process took 90 days until the interview )

14 August 2015 : Mailed I-129F through USPS express service

02 September 2015 : Received NOA1 hard copy by mail.

05 October 2015 : Case number was assigned.

20 October 2015 : Packet 3 arrived in my hand.

03 November 2015 : Got Packet 4 e-mail from Bangkok embassy about the interview date.

18 November 2015 : Visa interview and it was approved!

20 November 2015 : Got documents and a passport with K1 Visa back in my hands

07 Oct 2016 : AOS case was approved. Without interview!!

13 Oct 2016 : card was mailed to me

Thanks..  Yes its the same office for me..

I'm glad there is a progress to our cases.. Hopefully we end up getting our 10 yrs card before we submit N-400 application..

LIN, I also got my bio-metrics  letter. My appointment is for July 2nd. I am  leaving for Colombia tomorrow. I tried calling today to reschedule but they said the people I was supposed to wasn't available. I am mailing back the letter for the appointment with a request. What else can I do? I don't want they to say that I abandoned my case when I have been waiting for this for so long.

I know this is difficult, but I will keep trying. It will work because, this distance is nothing compared to our love. :wub:

10/2013 we met at church in USA, through some common friends. We became friends.

06/07/2014 we went to our first date. :dancing: Why did we take so long to go out? :ranting:

06/22/2014 I said YES.. I want to be your girlfriend... :luv:

07/16/2014 I had to come back to Colombia because my program was over :cry:

10/10/2014 My love met me in Colombia to spend my birthday weekend with me. We got engaged (L)

02/17/2015 - 03/09/2015 He came back to Colombia to visit me and met my family. :star:

05/12/2015 We couldn't stand the distance, so he decided to move here with me. :wub:

05/28/2015 We got married at the notary. 06/06/2015 We got married at church :D

12/03/2016  Moved back to the USA. 🥰

08/2020 Became a Citizen. 🇱🇷

 

08/2020 Applied to bring my mom. ❤️

Can you try walk-in?

I know you are leaving tomorrow, but if you could delay till Monday you could do a walk in. That is what I did, I went almost a week early and had my biometrics done

In March, we received a letter that my husband's fingerprints will be reused and then not too long after, a message confirming that the fingerprint review has been completed. Today, we received a letter for a biometrics appointment. I am so confused! Why would they need to schedule my husband for biometrics if they have "completed" review of his fingerprints? UGH! All this time we thought our case was already in review... anyone else in the same boat??
