Hi, my question is I recently submitted the i864 and I got email from Nvc saying that I need to resubmit the police clearance,  the reason when I applied for my family I used the the address where they were living and they live there for few months and now they moved to original address where they use to live , but I didn't change the address and the nvc wont accept the police clearance,  so what is the best solution,  because they cant obtain police clearance where they live few month , only police clearance they have it's from original place where they lived before plz help me out

That doesn't make any sense. The only reason NVC wouldn't accept a police clearance is if it's too old. Check again the reason why because that doesn't sound like a valid reason. Regardless of what it is though, you need a new police certificate. Just go and get one.

You have to check the requirements for each embassy. Sometimes living in another city requires a new police certificate. I don’t think you understood correctly what they asked and you should call and gather more details about what they asked of you.
