I don't even remember what this thread was about but I have another question lol.  I have found another potential co sponsor who may be close to the limit for her household size for 2017.  She had her college aged daughter as a dependent last year but she is no longer a dependent for 2018.  how does that get looked at for the I134? Does she just not include her as a dependent on the form?  Will the embassy have a problem when they see her as a dependent for last year?

Honestly, It doesn't suck. It is there for a reason. I feel for you guys but I think the requirements are to low. 22,000 a year is barely enough for one person without all the government fees involved

Dependents on the most recent tax return are counted in the household size. So until they file for 2018, the daughter would still count (as does any unmarried child under 21...not sure if she meets that criteria or not as well).

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received
