Good day everyone. We file a change of status last 2 weeks and we received a letter from uscis, the request for initial evindence, telling us to submit form 2555, and 1099s, because my wife/petitioner didnt meet the 125% of poverty guideline. She is a US citizen but in our case. She just came back here in Iowa last year month of March and she started working last June 2017.she went to philippines just to finish her studies and didnt work there.. my question is how can we provide form 2555 or 1099s if she didnt work in the Philippines.. what is our next move. The review said the we need to submit all the requirements that uscis wants. But the problem is she dont have that documents because she did not work in the philippines.. we will appreciate for your response ladies and gentlemen.. thank you
