Oh yes. My 10 months too. She was saying she hasn’t seen her husband for 8 months. My daughter’s i 130 went to NBC which has NO processing time. So we don’t know how long we have to wait more. .... praying for everyone.

My Congressmans office received a reply from uscis yesterday. Only 1 week after they submitted inquiry. They advised that our petition is at my local office and I will be receiving a notification from them soon and that I need to follow the instructions exactly given in the notice. We are almost certain they are going to request an interview with me. There was also a statement about stand alone 1-130 us citizens petitioning for spouses being transferred for relief in getting them processed because of the backlog.   She said that if I don’t receive anything from uscis by  July 20th, to let her know and she will push for an answer. My attorney said that since uscis answers congressman’s office so quickly, it kicked them into gear so I should hear from them within 2 weeks. Did you guys reach out to congress yet? It seems to be helping on our case. I will give you an update as soon as I hear something. Let me know if you hear something.

Talk about congress making them move faster. I just got an update that I am getting another RFE. I am so confused. I am assuming because it’s a different office and they want to see more. My last RFE was for a divorce decree for my husbands previous marriage. What we had originally sent them wasn’t enough for them. So now I have to wait for snail mail to know what they want.

Yes. We did talk to the congressman.  It is just been a week after we talk to congressman today and our inquiry numbers expires today too. We will wait little bit more then call USCIS for another inquiry number. I hope you will be called for interview soon! Praying for you.

That’s crazy. Hope they send you soon!!!  Now that sound like REF just to make everything delay.

Well at least your case has been looking at.  Has been a month from notification and No Email.  Has been a week after we talk to congressman so hopefully soon. I will keep you updated too.

That is Crazy. Are you getting them from NBC? Or your local USCIS office ? But at least they have been contacting you. Praying for you. We hear nothing about our inquiry number yet. Congress office has contacted my husband and said he says he sees our case has been approved on June 5th. I don’t know which tools he has Been looking at, cause nothing has changed on our on line and we haven’t revived anything yet but this has to be a mistake cause we have called USCIS office after June 5th. He said he will contact USCIS and get back to us to again.  I will keep you updated too. I am getting so sick and tired of even think about how long we have to do this......  Hope to hear someone from NBC’s good news soon.

If congress was told you’re approved then your approved!!! 😬😬 Your husband should call uscis directly and ask to speak with Tier 2 officer and tell them what you’ve been told, at least to get confirmation.

I received the RFE from the local office. It states they need this evidence to make the final decision on our case, so I pray and pray this will be it. We are now going on 11 months. I’m physically sick all the time from this, so I know how you feel. Keep me posted and hopefully you are off to NVC....

Unfortunately  it wasn't. Congress emailed us again today says they have contacted NBC. So obviously  it was a mistake. Right now they don't have any estimate time line for NBC but they said they will be adjudicated as quickly as available resources allow. Whatever that means, I just have to pray...... I am praying for you my dear. how come they need so much evidence from you? So crazy. Hope this is it for you. Praying for you too.... Please keep me updated.

Omg!!! How could they make a mistake in telling someone their approved when their not! That’s just horrible! I believe that my lawyer didn’t send enough evidence when we filed our petition to begin with....so here we are. I have lots and lots of evidence that dates back to 2015. Thank you and you’re in my thoughts. Keep me posted.
