The process slowed down maybe due to increase number of Nebraska filers. I have a question, did someone here requested their papers to be transferred to other service center? If yes, how was it? Was it helpful?

This gives us headache but im keeping the faith! Lets hope and pray for the best.

I don't think you can request to be transferred, otherwise everyone would go to Potomac.

I'm already expecting 2 years of waiting for the whole process, my embassy takes like 9 months to assign an interview date after NVC case complete 😪

Service Center: Texas Service Center SRC

Consulate: Juarez, Mexico

I-130 NOA1: 2019/03/21

I-130 NOA2: 2019/09/17

The number of filers truly have not increased. I don’t remember where on the USCIS website it’s listed, but the numbers are there. This is why congress is trying to get involved because they want explanations as to why they are backlogged and have officially called it a “crisis”.

You can’t request a transfer.  They transferred my case after we submitted a response to an RFE from TSC to NBC and here we are at 10 months of waiting. So even when they decide to transfer you, it doesn’t make a difference at this point. We weren’t told why we were transferred and we never received a notice in the mail. I have an inquiry in now and they told me to wait 30 days. In my opinion it’s just their way of delaying even further.

Anyone here had to sent a rfe at

USCIS/TSC

PO BOX 852381

MESQUITE, TX 75185-2381

?? How long does it take for registered USPS to be delivered to them? I sent it Monday June 3,2019 and was supposed to be delivered by Thursday june 6,2019. I tried tracking it but it says still in transit?

Depends on how long your embassy takes to assign interviews. We already know Nebraska takes around 1 month to approve I-130, now just check how much it takes to get an interview date after NVC case complete.

I found out through some facebook groups.

Yes, highly possible. The embassy in Switzerland seems to be pretty efficient with the interviews and they don't seem to have an enourmous backlog. It all depends on Nebraska and the NVC phase.

Glad to know that there are some other filers from Switzerland. 😄

Oh! It is nice to see a fellow filer from Switzerland! :)

I see that you are still waiting for the NOA2. At what point should I call and ask????

My USCIS account does not show much....i guess if they needed a RFE, I would have already received a letter about it????

I have so many questions and so hard to navigate all the answers T_T
