I received the RFE letter 1 week later. However, they sent to wrong address. Luckily it is my friends home, I got it from her. I called uscis to let them know that the letter listed the correct address but the envelope did not. And they updated a confirmation Back in sept that they changed my address. So if you’ve moved since your petition, make sure to stay on top of it.

Called Uscis this morning to get an update since it’s been 30 days since my case was transferred to nbc and neither myself or attorney has received the notice.  We are now going on 10 months of this waiting game. They refused to fax me the notice. However, she gave me a confirmation referral number and said the office that has jurisdiction with contact me within 30 days. Has anyone ever received a referral number? Totally different number from receipt number.

My daughter’s ( adopted) I 130 has been at NBC since August and silent since then. My husband called USCIS last week and we got the same kind of number. Totally different from the receipt number and they are supposed to contact my husband within two weeks. Has been a week and a half. We are anxiously waiting for them to reply.

No because it says that if he/she is in the US then submit within 30 days of passport style photo. My husband is in the Philippines so I didn’t send.
