Congratulations 🎊 😊 how did they communicate the number? Email or post?

Thank you so much!! :) We both received an email at 5:38pm.

Prior to getting our email, we were seeing a lot of people getting their case number emails after 5pm Eastern Time.

Hello  august 2018 filers! I am a Nebraska Service Center filer. Is there some  news about our files ?  it's been 282 days passed without any response for me. The only thing I noticed in the Uscis case tracker app is the date there  got updated to 02/04/2019 . Anyone knows what that means?

I’m not even counting my days because it depresses me. But we’re going on 10 months and my case was Transferred after RFE to National Benefit Center. I was told to go by the clock of the RFE which will be 60 days on 6/24. It’s all a hot mess. When you mean the date changes is this on your case or in general?

No news. From what I have seen on the Nebraska filers thread they are approving end of may/early june. So we probably will have to wait until july to have news about our files.

it was a date update in my case when I login to my account in the uscis app. The date is  2/4/2019.

It doesn’t say what they uodated? You should call uscis and ask. Not to get your hopes up from what I’ve seen in the past people get an update like that and they call and they find out their approved. So call...

Did you call? You have me concerned over here.

Hey! Sorry I didn't check back on this forum. Sooo basically my husband called today and they said we're getting our inquiry response in the mail. In short, it'll say that our case is actively with an agent but it's under additional review and that we'll have a decision in 60 days...... Not sure how I feel. Happy that it's finally active but a little bummed by the thought of waiting another 2 months, and even then they could stall for more time, who knows?

From what they told my senators, our case hasn't even been assigned. I'm so over immigration stuff...it's too depressing to think about.

So you and I are basically in the same boat just different scenarios? My 60 day clock from when they received the RFE response is 6/24. If nothing happens by then, I will involve congress. Our case ended up at NBC, from what I read on uscis website, they are the ones that prepare for the local office to interview the petitioner. It’s like if their going to interview me here in the states, come on, just schedule the appointment already. If not, what are they waiting for? In my upset opinion, it’s all done just to delay the process. I am at least glad that you got somewhat of answer. Keep checking back in here, I’ll do the same. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hey all. New to this thread. Frankly googled today why is my i130 taking so long and found this. Quite grateful to have found this and know I am not the only one at my wits end. Dates... married may 8th 2018. Filed in August. Received notice of action Sept 10th. Priority date August 29th and no news yet. Uscis website indicates they have reached August 4th for the Nebraska office.... So frustrated waiting. My husband and I thought we would be finished this process by now. But here we are tapping our fingers

It was an update only on the date, not in the status of my case which is ' Case was received'.I will call them monday to find out what this update about.
