Let me double check my records. What does PD mean?

Priority date , on your NOA1 or the day USCIS received your case.

Because it seems to be very unlikely you sent your case on Aug 10 and they received it on Sep 4.

Thank you and congratulations!!!

Yep! So the first time the tracking number was stuck in transit; it was never marked as delivered. I didn't realize they sent my whole package back since I had included both a credit card authorization and a check. That's when I decided to get USPS Informed delivery to avoid these problems.

Hope it’s good news. I’m leaving out of the country soon too. I wonder how long will it take to get notified on the uscis or case tracker app...I have informed delivery but that won’t tell me what’s inside.

I know :(. I heard there's a second letter that gets mailed to you if you get approved right? I'll be out of the country until early May. The anxiety is building up.

Just relax and enjoy your trip. I don’t know about the second letter. Hopefully the uscis or case tracker app will let you know if it’s approval or rfe. Download those apps if u haven’t already.  Let’s think positive.

Where are all the I-130 August fillers from the National Benefit Center (NBC) at?  I'm getting a little anxious and worried since there is not really a processing time that the National Benefits Center can go by.  The people how have been answering to this are mostly from the Texas Service Center.  I would love to get an idea how long the NBC is currently taking.

PD:                                      08/20/2018 to the Potomac office (YSC)

NOA:                                   08/23/2018

File Transferred:               02/12/2019 to the National Benefit Center (NBC)

Best wishes to everyone....

I know I have commented your post before but me and my daughter NOA1 Aug 27th.

Mine went to straight to Nebraska and my adopted daughter’s went to NBC. I don’t hear nothing from both centers.

My husband called USCIS and told NBC processing time is about 6 months. But I don’t see it anywhere. I am very nervous too all the time

Hi everyone!

I am an august 2018 filer at nebraska service center, my priority date is  8/8/2018 , but there is nothing new. I am still Waiting for noa2. It is frustrating.

Is there some people,  who their file at nebraska service center, got noa2 or RFE?

Nebraska is still working through April/May files. For August filers I anticipate we’ll hear something by July. Nebraska is currently taking 11+ Months for NOA2/RFE. Sad but that’s our reality.

My PD is 8/24/2018

All the best, 3 more months of waiting.

6 months from when the file was received at NBC or 6 months after USCIS received the file, in my case the USCIS Potomac office received the file first.  This is ALL confusing and very stressful if only if the had a website with more information about this office.

I am not sure. However 6 months doesn’t sound realistic cause My daughter’s went to straight to NBC and has been 8 months and I still haven’t heard from them. Yes I really don’t understand the system of NBC. No processing time No details about this center. Have you made a call to USCIS and ask ??

No I haven't.  I've only chatted with a person at USCIS online and they suggested that I call the 800 #.

Well keep me posted and I will do that same..
