I’m visiting my husband soon. If, God forbid I get an RFE will they notify me of the reason by email or case app? Or would I have to wait to get home to see the letter?  If I’m missing anything, i want to send what they need right away instead of waiting to get back.

You will have to wait until you receive the actual RFE in the mail. When they update your case on the website. They list a date thst you can calll if you haven’t received it. Maybe sometimes, the person you get on the phone will tell you what they want. But if you call before thst date, they tell you nothing. It’s terrible.

Congrats to the new approvals...Aug seems to really be moving with TSC. Let’s all cross our fingers for the Nebraska peeps 🤞🏼🤞🏼

On another note, RFE request sent 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Thanks . How i wish my case was routed to Texas, :( . I live and Texas and still don't understand why my case was sent to Nebraska, so sad.

I'll be here watching everyone else get approved and move on to NVC processing and interviews and will still be stuck waiting for an I-130 approval from Nebraska.

At the rate Nebraska is going right now. It could take 12+ months for an i-130 approval.

Happy for the Potomac and Texas filers, its just unfortunate for us Nebraska filers.

Anyways, it is what it is!!

###### luck everyone.

Our I-130 was filed September 14th 2018 and approved February 27th 2019. Potomac Center, so we were very lucky I guess..

I want to send some moral support to all of you who are still waiting for their approval ❤️

Hello Everyone,

Did the Texas Service Center go on a massive slowdown?

The Priority Date on the website moved very back.

Cases seem to be moving much slower.

TSC is slow but moving.

TSC is now processing up to the first week of September cases.

I have seen quite a few Sep cases being approved on the app.  You can check out the Sep filers group.
