Hi all! So glad to find this space, looking forward to seeing everyone's progress!

We got Married May 2018

Lawyers managed the filing and payment, and also didn't attach the g1145 form so I haven't received any email or text from uscis. (!!!)

I-130 sent on August 24 2018 to Chicago lockbox

It was received by uscis Texas Service Center on August 29 2018

Our priority date is August 29 2018

No updates following NOA1 as of Nov 28 2018... fingers crossed!

Good luck everyone!

Welcome and good luck! :) Wishing you and your spouse a speedy approval!!

Many congratulations Rohan...!!!

If August filers started getting approval, soon it will approach October also.

Mine is Texas SC. Priority date: 22nd Oct. Igor's list showing Texas for May which is lagging behind. Please correct me if I am checking it wrong. Hope you get your visa soon. Best wishes...

You are correct. Texas is on May Filers. Texas seems to have flNebraska has 1 June filer approved. It’s all based on individuals updating their timelines though.

From what I’m seeing on the TSC Processing times here, a June filer has also been approved. Oh boy, I hope TSC doesn’t become like Nebraska.

Shh you'll jinx it 😛From what I've seen both on Igor's list and from the forums, there's about 4 or 5 June approvals from TSC. It looks like TSC stopped accepting as many applications starting in June so hopefully things will speed up once they get through those!

I am not a lawyer and nothing I say is or should be taken as legal advice.

You are right. You have to read the forums too because many of the filers do not have timelines, so their approvals are not on Igor’s list.

Make sure everyone is NVC ready!!! Please gather all the information to send to NVC and to fill out the DS-260. Police certificates take awhile to get, so the beneficiary should work on getting one now. We will need another one for the interview. It is only good for 6 months. Vaccines should be taken prior to the medical if they are needed, because they are more expensive at the medical. Hep B requires 3 vaccines given at 1mo and 8 weeks apart, so if your embassy requires it the beneficiary must start early.
