Hello Gojo and Inneedofmyhb I am not sure if you guys noticed, USCIS processing time went to 7-9months for Texas service center. I have always noticed that receipt date for case inquiry went back to June 29,2018 from July 04.

Just heads up.

I don’t pay attention to that processing time. Someone just got approved with July 24 pd (look in the July filers forum) and an approval in August.  A lot of people are getting notified of approvals when calling and when those same people check the system, it still shows in process. I really think that processing time is a huge estimate not the actual dates. They are not updating that system properly. I don’t trust it. It says they are working on June cases but July and August is being approved. I think they do that so people don’t call as much.

My timeline has been pushed to mid-June for estimated approval date. Nebraska isn’t moving at all and still on April and May cases. Just want to cry!

Same here. The slowest! :(, I haven't seen any approvals in weeks.

Patience, patience, patience!.

Wow...you sound just like me! I haven’t seen my husband since October and I am also waiting for the interview to travel. April is our 1 year anniversary and unfortunately, we will celebrate it over video calls. The ticket prices are ridiculous. I have my job which is important since I’m the only sponsor and I have a teenager. They want proof that it’s a bonafide marriage by having face to face visits often but then again expect you to hold down a job so you can sponsor.  My job will only take so much of my personal life. I can not jeopardize that.  It’s almost like a they try to set you up for failure. And your right, it’s very depressing. Let’s just at least try and keep our heads up. But trust me, it’s not easy and many days go by that I feel absolutely hopeless. 😭😭

My wife and I are also in the same boat although we were able to be with each other for our 1 year anniversary in November but we haven’t seen each other since and we have no idea when will be the next time, it’s looking like it might not be till August if nothing has happened yet with her case although I don’t think I can hold out that long without seeing her.  We also at times feel hopeless and desperate sometimes we feel like it will never happen. 😓

Agree. Potomac says 8-10months but a lot of Nov filers got approvals, passing TSC filers.

The processing time is so off. They don't update at all.

" I think they do that so people don’t call as much." -> Yea, that's what exactly I was thinking.

Yup. I used to work with an immigration attorney as an assistant and after seeing how unorganized he was, lying to clients about working on their case when it was still sitting piled up on his desk.  I was there for 2 days and knew nothing about completing these forms and he would have me complete I 130 for clients without even walking me thru it😳.  I felt bad for clients trusting him with this and paying $4000 just to complete forms that he only had a new assistant work on. It was too much unorganized chaos...That’s when I said, forget this, I’m doing it myself without an attorney.

yup! if you want your petition to be file exactly the way you want it, like it,need it etc then it is best to do it yourself!

Oh wow!  If Potomac is saying processing times is 8-10 months, then they are definitely way off cause Potomac is on a roll. They are processing in 3-4 months. I just saw a December filer get approved for Potomac. That processing time is definitely wrong, ha! ...And they think we don’t notice😏

Yup!  I try to ignore any Potomac approvals cuz it always makes me so jealous lol

TSC is processing Aug 6 cases. I saw several RFE sent out on March 13 and 14. No approvals yet, but I doubt that. There should be some approvals I believe, but they just never updated the status online. Many ppl said they got approvals by mail while the online status still remained pending. So it will soon be our turn 🙏

Hello. Yes it’s gone back and forth. In my opinion those processing times are for more recent filers. From what I see aug is being worked on. Thank you though.

Isn’t it sad...I know exactly how you feel like everyone else going through this. I tend to get jealous when I see couples visiting each other often...I wish I could see my husband that often. All this has really messed with my head and I just want things to be as normal as possible. Having no control over a situation makes it all worse.

I know😩 but at least they are showing some sign of activity. From what Ive been noticing, it looks like it’s a period of slow activity with these centers, then approvals start rolling in one after the other. Allison1128 just mentioned another August filer. So slowly but surely.

I’m hoping at least 2 months for October. Hopefully by May/June. Fingers crossed🤞
