Is there a link? for some reason, it's not coming up for me

It's not showing up on Igor's list because their timeline says it's DCF (but if they're at TSC it's not DCF). The link to the timeline is: https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=319100

Hello everyone! There’s a TSC August 2nd approval on IR-1/CR-1 Spouse Visa Timelines. This gives us some hope, they’re moving forward even with the USCIS processing time changing. Speedy approval to all of us :)

After a lot of obsessing last night, I was thinking that maybe the change in processing times applies to more recent filers. All of us Aug peeps are probably still within the previous processing times and from what I’m seeing, they are touching Aug now. Please please please is all I keep saying!!

I haven't visited since August so no new photos etc.. We initially sent in a few pages of photos, messages, calls, facetimes, and I was there with him for 4 visits (2 months, 3 months, 3 months, then 6 months) but we got married on an impromptu trip to vegas, just the 2 of us, and I think that looks really bad. but I was 23 I wasn't thinking about what immigration would think!

because I'm paranoid and don't trust this process at all 😅

I hear you. You will be fine. I’m super paranoid too.

Great news🙏 So from my understanding TSC is starting on August filers🙌🏼🙌🏼 Slowly but surely we’re getting there.

Yes But mostly REF... I saw some today  but I only took one screenshot.

Nevertheless, we are definitely getting there !!!🙏🙏🙏

What does improperly filed mean? And when they say rejected does that mean denied or the person can fix the error? How sad.

Rejected for improperly filed means it was missing something major, like a signature etc. These are cases that need to be re-filed. As you can see, their last update was in August as they tell you this immediately if there is something major missing upon initial check.

Wow. So those people have to start all over again?

So since their last update was in August the majority of these people most likely refiled already? I think I got it.

Yeah, but they only wasted like a week or so, because they were rejected immediately for not having even the basic paperwork. It might also be due to a bounced check, etc.

Oh okay makes sense now. So at this point since we are in 7 months, we would have already been rejected, is what I am assuming.

Yes! Don't worry, if you sent the I-130 and your check went through, you're good. They'll send an RFE if anything else is missing. Fingers crossed for everyone! ❤️

My timeline has been pushed to mid-June for estimated approval date. Nebraska isn’t moving at all and still on April and May cases. Just want to cry!

Hi all I am happy I found others in my boat now I don’t feel like I’m the only one waiting now.

11/29/17- we got married

8/13/18- filed for i130 for both wife and stepson Laywer took care of everything

10/3/17- USCIS received forms at Texas service center.

10/10/17- $1070 deducted from my account for both i130 forms.

10/15/17- received I-797c in the mail for both my wife and stepson with a priority date of 10/3/17

unfortunatley I noticed immediately my stepsons last name was wrong 🤦‍♂️ right away my laywer sent out to correct the issue.

1/11/19- status was updated online for my stepson saying correspondence was received and is being reviewed by USCIS.

My wife’s casé status online has not changed still says form received 10/3/18.

Haven't  heard anything else yet and we are both getting quite impatient and feel like we’re losing hope 😞 we really hoped to be done with the whole process by now. But seeing that a lot others still have not received ao2 I feel a little better. We hope to god soon we will have a response 🙏🙏.
