Wow, you have more evidences than I do. Because my hb doesn’t have a ss# I can’t add him to any of my credit cards. He’s a beneficiary along with my daughter on my life insurance and pics and chats I have galore. I also have some back up from my trips there. But that’s about it.

Its unfortunate that he signed that paper and you have every right to be frustrated. I’ve heard of other CO harrasing people to the point of them signing something just to get out which later, backfired. It’s terrible.

Since he’s living in Dubai, which is beautiful. Has it ever crossed your mind to go and live there with him? I wouldn’t mind retiring in Dubai. Just a thought.

I agree, At this point I would’ve just moved to Dubai.  I’m sorry you’re going thru this.

We are still waiting

Same...I’ve read a few ariticles in the last few days regarding the delays with uscis is now considered a crisis. To the point that house Democrat’s sent a letter to the director of uscis raising concerns about the backlog and the policy changes that have caused the delays.  It would be nice if things sped up a bit.

Texas was the fastest service center and then something happened right in the middle of July and it slowed right down 😔 But in a way I'm so glad to know that we're not the only ones and there's so many of us in the same boat. It gives me so much comfort! 🤗

Same here!  I was happy when I found out I was at Texas because I heard it was faster. It has slowed down some. Potomac is rocking out lol. Wish Texas would catch up. I’m loosing patience here. If im following this timeline right, I’m hoping to have my husband here by end of this year Nov/Dec.

Why do you think nov/dec? That’s a long time just for a standard 130 petition.
