OMG, it weighed more than 6 pounds. Gate passes, etc., from 10 trips, receipts from when I stayed, papers showing he and I share credit cards, my will, chats and emails, letters of support from friends and family, pictures, just anything we could think of that proved we spent time together, etc. We are not big picture people cuz once you've taken the same ones over and over...lol. (I'm so glad he has moved to Dubai. His confidence is returning) He and his ex and kids did yet another testimony before a judge, he is taking another copy of his divorce papers dated this month when/if he gets another interview. I was going to go winter break, but prices tripled at the hotels, and at this time he has a room, not his own apartment. They won't let family stay in the rooms. By the time I will go back in March, he will have been promoted and will have his own apartment. Marriott furnishes everything. So we are blessed in some ways. It just worries me that once he wrote that paper, he's screwed. They even made him write that he understood these statements could be used against him. I am angry at him in one way, but I understand living in a police state, he felt so threatened for his kids and family. He just saw that as the only way to get away from the abuse. He even felt suicidal after that, and had to go to his doctor for physical illnesses, which are still there now. The ridiculous thing is that if he was a scammer, he would have left long ago for a better "target," not stayed 8 years.

Wow, you have more evidences than I do. Because my hb doesn’t have a ss# I can’t add him to any of my credit cards. He’s a beneficiary along with my daughter on my life insurance and pics and chats I have galore. I also have some back up from my trips there. But that’s about it.

Its unfortunate that he signed that paper and you have every right to be frustrated. I’ve heard of other CO harrasing people to the point of them signing something just to get out which later, backfired. It’s terrible.

Since he’s living in Dubai, which is beautiful. Has it ever crossed your mind to go and live there with him? I wouldn’t mind retiring in Dubai. Just a thought.

It seems like Texas stop working , no more approval for July .

There was one yesterday on visajourney. Something I try to remember is that even though this site is helpful, most visa applicants are not members of this site. So the centers are doing at least a bit more than we realize.

This is very true. We are just a small piece of a giant puzzle. And also, I imagine that there are many on here that have not updated their statuses to approved either or ever will. When I first joined this site, I was on here all the time. When I temporarily moved to Argentina, I was so happy to be with my husband and getting everything started that I somewhat forgot about this group. So I’m 100% certain many of these unapproved statuses that we are seeing are actually approved. 😏

When I see that NSC still doesn’t start processing May I really despair more and more ..😞

I know. It’s very sad. And it just makes us feel helpless. NSC needs to really start catching up. Just stay hopeful and never lose faith.

Everything will workout. Keep it all in prayer. We are all in this together.

Hi Shanika, just wanted to know if you've heard whether the NVC have reviewed your case. We emailed last week and they said no still. We received our approval on the 31st dec
