I-130 Filers August 2018 [merged threads]

Hi guys!

 

I couldn't find a similar thread so thought I'd make one myself. This is just a place where those who filed I-130 for IR-1/CR-1 in August 2018 can keep in touch with each other. Going forward, it'll be interesting to see when this group starts receiving NOA2's.

 

Please post your timelines below!

 

My timeline:

23rd June 2018: Married
10th August 2018: Sent I-130 Package to Phoenix Lockbox
15th August 2018: Payment of $535 taken
16th August 2018: Package received notification (via text)
19th August 2018: USCIS Acceptance Confirmation (via email), case number assigned, package routed to Texas Service Center
23rd August 2018: NOA1 Received in mail (dated 15th August 2018, priority date 10th August 2018)

Received 8/15/2018 

NOA1 received 8/20/2018 with priority date of 8/15/2018 in Nebraska Service Center.

Hello,

 

August 17/18: Married

August 21/18: I-130 sent to Chicago lockbox

August 24/18: package received text

September 1st: NOA1 letter in mail dated August 28 with August 24 priority date (Nebraska service center)

 

And now we wait.....

Email Package received Aug. 20th

NOA received Aug. 23rd.  

And crazily I received an email Acceptance confirmation on Aug. 24 about a noticed I had already received.

Married April 2018

My lawyer did all this 

I130 sent on August 27 2018 Phoenix lockbox 

Recieved by uscis on August 29 2018

USCIS cashed 525 dollars on Aug 31 2018

 

Still waiting for any type if notifications. But nothing 

 

My lawyer didn't attach the g1145 form. I haven't recieved any email or text from uscis 

 

I was tracking my bank account and the fed ex.

As long as you have your receipt number go to: https://egov.uscis.gov   Create an account and you can activate the text/email notification.

 

3/28/18: Married 

8/4/18: Attorney Mailed I-130 Phoenix Lock Box

8/15/18: NOA1 Received

8/8/18: Priority Date - Texas Service Center

Wow, hoping all goes smooth for you too! NOA2 is the second notification from USCIS when (hopefully) the petition is approved. I'm predicting we will hear back February/March 2019. Fingers crossed!

 No I'm stil waiting for the reciept . I haven't gotten my reciept number yet. I only got a text from my bank that 535 was charged. 

Still waiting for the reciept I hope I get it soo.
