  I, too; think they are doing a great job in a difficult task. We see so much here (VJ) that leaves me scratching my head. I am sorry the OP is in a difficult situation and some of you are having such a long wait. Wishing everyone a speedy end to the process but glad there is a difficult process

Thank you. There are so many times I see the mistakes that could have been avoided if only filers had followed instructions. Best of luck to you two!  🙂

At this point , only thing in your power is to keep making inquires. If there is a consolation, one man waited 3 years before he got his NO2 approval.

Thank you. Yeah, we are pretty bummed to say the least. We filed a congressional inquiry, just waiting on our congressman to get a response. Three years is an insane amount of time, there is no way we will wait that long. If I have to go over there and get married and switch to a spouse visa, we will.
