What is the fastest way to prove citizenship (RFE needed for I-130 petition)?

Her mother got her green card after she moved to US.

 

She was a resident (category IR6) from April 1998 until recently this year when she unfortunately passed away.

Then only a letter from Dad and the other things I recommended.  She has never had any other evidence of US Citizenship, so that's all there is or can be.

Just one update on this, my wife had a CRBA! She never saw this document as it was probably lost in the process of obtaining her first passport.

 

It took us about one month to receive the document, we decided to wait to answer the RFE as we need to answer it by November.
