took me a week after submitting docs and filling ds260. it can take up to 3 weeks.

you mean NVC and it can be a fe w weeks or a few months

if you were lucky,  you may be part of the group having a visa number ready for the 4th quarter and interview between october and december

all that if your documents have no issues
