Good day. Just wanna know if someone here already been filled up a Qatar Police Clearance for fiancé visa? Can you please guide me for the highlighted information what to write? And for the “date of exit” i dont have yet cause im still here in Qatar and planning to go back to the Philippines on first week of October. I just want to apply in advance so i will not worry about to get as i have time to get it now. Thank you for the help.🙏

First question. United States K-1 visa application.

Second U.S. Embassy Manila Philippines.

Third I think that is mailing address but not sure.

Date of Exit is when are you planning on leaving Qatar and Date of Entry is when do you first arrived in Qatar.

@Greenbaum thanks for answering.😊 one more thing, should i fill it up on computer or by hand writing? And do i need to have my ticket going home first so i can put the date of exit? Or any day will do? Thanks so much.🙏🙏
