London DCF - when do you submit I864

Hi Filed our petition with London embassy, both living in UK.

 

Once petition agreed at what stage do we have to submit the I-864 sponsor forms ?

Are they submitted at the same time as the Visa application online ? or are they just taken to the interview at the embassy ?
