Cfo and medical

Hi All! I could probably do more research and reading here instead of making another post of probably a thousand times asked question here. It has been a year since we filed my petition for my mom and we have gotten 2 RFE’s because I just don’t have the time to do more research before submitting the documents. Way too busy with the baby and work. Sigh!

 

My mom finally got an interview at USEM next month to come here to the US through IR5. It has been a while since I did mine and I am sure the process has changed as well. First, how much does the adult medical cost at St lukes now? Do we need to make an appt now? For CFO, does my mom need to attend the class and do we also need to make an appt to go there? And requirements for both appointments please..

60 and over and not need to attend PDOS, just register when getting the sticker. If under 60 years old, must attend PDOS seminar, can't do so until visa is in hand.    CFO info :  http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/cfo-orientation-seminar.html

If 60 or over .. NO
