ok, so when i go to the uscis.gov site...i type in my WACXXXXXXXXXX receipt # in the 'search case staus" box...i get the messege 'cased received and pending'...i thought i would log-in to see if would make a difference...and, duh!!! last updated 5.08.07!!! please God, no RFE por favor!!!!!!!!!

Mar. 27-Found VJ, and became disappointed for not being able to use VSC.

Mar. 27-Applied for military expedite and got congressional help.

Mar. 28-touched.

Mar. 29-touched again.

Mar. 30-touched yet again.

Apr. 04-touched another time.

Apr. 05-touched some more.

May 15-touched once again.

May 15-NOA2. 78 days...WOW!!!

thank you, thank you very much......now, that i think about it...if i would've known that i had been touched last tuesday, i would have gone completely bizerk by now...

i am curious...from a couple of the rfe's that i've looked at...seems they get touched, and then soon after that the rfe comes...hopefully since it has been a week since the last touch, they can't find anything wrong with the petition...God i hope my adjudicator is happy, in a good mood, perhaps their SO has been specially good to them...has a good breakfast...all the green lights to work in la manana manana... :)

10/18/2007 Sent entire AOS, EAD, AP package to Chicago

10/19/2007 Package received in Chicago- signed for by V Bustamante

10/25/2007 NOA1 for AOS, EAD, and AP.

10/26/2007 Check cashed.

11/28/2007 Biometrics appointment in Denver.

12/17/2007 EAD card production ordered!

12/27/2007 EAD card arrives.

12/31/2007 AP approved.

01/07/2008 AP received.

02/01/2008 AOS interview in Denver. APPROVED!

02/11/2008 Green Card received in mail!
