IS LETTER FROM EMPLOYER STILL NEEDED IF RATE AND HOURS ALREADY IN PAY STUBS?

So I finally have an interview schedule for my AOS (hooray 🎉🙌). I am assembling my requirements and I have a question on one of them. I hope you could provide feedback on this. 

Does my petitioner husband have to provide a letter from his employer with details of his rate and hours when these are already shown on his pay stubs?

It says letter AND pay stubs. So yes it is needed.

Required? No. Recommended? Yes. The IO makes a decision based on the totality of the circumstances...the more (quality) evidence you have, the better.

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

K-1:

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

The employer letter should also contain length of employment (DOH) and status (FT, PT, etc). It’s not just to verify pay. Yes include it.
