Hey! I have a quick question for those who have received their EAD and/or AP cards.

On my cases, only the EAD status has been approved to say that it has been sent to me.  No update on the AP status.  Is this normal for a combo card?  Will I only get my EAD card and no AP?

Thanks in advance

If you applied for an AP, it will be an EAD/AP combo card. In my case, the old site didn’t show the update properly but the new site (my.uscis.gov) showed the corresponding approvals and updates.

The status for AP rarely updates until after you receive the Combo Card.

Hi Everyone,

Just to keep people informed as to how the USCIS are working though the files,  A letter arrived today informing us that my AOS interview has been scheduled for April 16, 2019 in downtown Milwaukee, it was quite a shock to say the least as I only got my EAD card about 4 weeks ago and wasn't really expecting the interview before May since it is 174 days since we sent the paper work off and the average time is 256 days in MKE. hopefully everything will go ok.

Interview today at the Miami Kendall office.  Officer Went through the  Application questions, requested pictures and we gave him health insurance cards. System  was down, so he gave us a Case in process letter.  He made us sign a form Acknowledging that we need to renew status in two years. Let’s see.

still waiting.  Sept 17 2018 is my receipt date.  as of today, they are working on sept 17 for EAD.  I am planning to post a query tomorrow as it would have moved to Sept 18 2018 hopefully.

Still waiting... tomorrow will be 200 days 😓

2 weeks ago I got a notice in mail that Travel Doc was approved. But no update online on either AP or EAD...

I'm guessing there has been a delay with my EAD because I had to resubmit my EAD application after they lost the first page of the form!! This meant my receive date for AP was Sept 4th and then my new receive date for EAD was Sept 21st...

I had submitted enquires for both but then USCIS went and pushed back their processing times 😑Will be calling when processing time passes the 21st.

I just put an inquiry about my case as they are processing EAD's received one day after mine.  USCIS will respond by 4/13.  Hope EAD get approved before that.

Hello everyone! does anyone here have a problem changing their names on SS card? I went to SS office after I got my Ead and they told me they have to confirm my status on DHS before sending the new card and would take 4weeks.

Applied for AOS/EAD/AP : August 7, 2018 (via USPS)

USCIS Chicago received the package: August 9, 2018
