Yours the 3rd person with the same issue me and @Naes are having this problem as well our cases were mailed the 30th and were received on the 31st and no email or text and no cashed checks yet!

I believe if I call the bank at this frequency they're just gonna cash it themselves 😂

 

I am just not letting myself call more than once an hour  

 

PS_I cried of stress today...seriously this suppose to be the easy part....

so I just checked  my bank account through my mobile app the checks are being processing I'm guessing they were cashed today because they are still processing so I hope I get the letter by tomorrow or Thursday, so don't loose hope 😀 hopefully you will see something soon I would say try calling them tomorrow.

Calling them wouldn't make any difference as long as it is not in the system, it is not there or at least that's what they would tell me. 

 

My check is holding on, I'm just wishing I didn't do anything wrong with the check..

Yes text just came an hour ago.

 

they are mixing all the dates that has become a mountain. because dates from August 23 to sept 6 is all mixed up in the receipt numbers on case tracker.

so good to see some familiar names! getting on finally to update my timeline!  Getting married next week, and will be filing soon, chose to NOT go through a lawyer this time. Still paying off the last one haha.  But I do have a question about the I-485 AOS

 

Do we use the new MArried name? and put her maiden name under the previous names section?  just wondering when she can officially start using  my last name for documents.  I'm sure there is a forum on this but I can't seem to find it!

 

Let's hope this time around we can take all the government processes in stride and with lots of patience. At least we are together!

If they took the money, texts will come soon, I think. everyone says so. Last I checked my cheque was still not cashed... so I don't even know what they're doing

 

It just looks like a huge huge mountain of applications on this date though.probably also affected by the new regulations....

I did that way. 

 

once the marriage license gets registered with the new name, a persons name legally changes in U.S. And by using this certificate one can register the marriage in their own country, and change their passports etc.

So legally the name is changed. you just need to renew and update your documents.

just got the text alert that the case was received with tracking number 12-Sept-2018 @ 7:00 am.

Email and text came in this morning with the date of 9/10, finally something! 😁
