Sorry for the confusion. Since it is not my case, I got the petition codes wrong. I should have just left it out. Just trying to help the neighbors out before a (possible) preventable mistake happens.

I would tell him to talk to a lawyer. B1/B2 overstays are not our speciality in here, lol.

Hello all, just an update. Hope this helps with figuring out how long after you receive approval notice, that you may receive the card. Good luck to all those still waiting, I hope you receive your card soon. By the way, I-131 (AP) never updated on site, but I did get approval notices in the mail for I-765 and I-131 respectively, and the card is a combo card. My timeline has been updated already too.

Received Date 9/10/2018

Approved Date 2/15/2019

Approval Notice received in Mail 2/19/2019

Card received in hand 2/23/2019

This seems to happen to everyone lately. Old site updates before new site, and at one point they start synchronizing. New site usually updates 24-48 hours after you got this status on the old site.

AP updates with almost no one on the old site, you should get your I-797's for both and your combo card soon. My AP updated at the new site at the same time my EAD updated.

I actually had the exact opposite happen to me. I received a case update from the new website and the old site has yet to update and it has been over a week. My K1 process never update on either site. I guess we can truly never know which one will update, if they ever update at all.

I really hope this for all September 4 survivors..  at least knowing I’m not alone makes me calm and not thinking “it must be about my case” 😂

Has anyone gotten SSN yet? I would like to know how long I should expect to receive SSN after EAD arrival. Thanks in advance!

I received my SSN the same time as when my EAD arrived. They came in separate envelopes but arrived the same day.
