Interview this morning at 7:30. Approved ! So happy! Ask all the yes / no questions. then  ask my husband how we meet and what plans we have for the future. Any liability we have together  and that was all. 10 minutes interview   💃❤️

Congrats!! Just a question, how did your husband respond? I'm just wondering how much detail to give them?

Thank you! My husband is super sweet. He just told her that he sees us together for the rest of our life and that  he loves me ❤️   Then she ask me the same question and I say the same. That we love each other and we care for each other. Was not much detailed really. My husband is a little short with words. That was all! Then she said we will get the notification of approval in the mail. 2 hours later my status change to card is being produced ❤️

For those who were following my first September application who was rejected, I got good news recently!

I applied again late October and yesterday my status changed for "Ready to Schedule an Interview" and today "Interview was scheduled" 😁😁😁

Got all excited this morning when I saw an email from dhs.uscis.gov, just to find out it was the 'we are still reviewing your case, there are no updates at this moment' email. They stopped sending those a month after I applied, wonder why they start sending them again out of the blue. Maybe it means they touched my case again..?

Those are only automatic generated emails. They send them to people who signed up for my USCIS, it’s usually just like that! Out of the blue! Doesn’t mean anything! It’s basically saying up until you received the email no change has been detected!

Hi folks, just wanted to chime in that we got the EAD "card ordered for production" e-notice last night. Early Sept (timeline in profile) - filed together with AP/131, but will need to wait and see if it's indeed a combo card or not.

is this still normal? Or i should call USCIS

Yes it’s normal. September is barely starting for combo cards not many, approvals barely started as the one above you.

 

for interview it depends on your field office and it can take even a year + so check your field office timelines for that.

Totally normal. That notification means your application has arrived at your Local Field Office. If you know what that is you can look up your estimated processing times for your LFO. Some take months while some take years depending on the work load of the LFO. You could only make an equiry if your case is beyond the enquiry date.

Plus EADs are only starting to be approved for September filers. Currently the NBC is processing EADs in 4 to 6 months with most waiting 5.5 months lately.

It's called the official "2019 Waste My Time" status message. It means nothing and ppl often get it long after their GC has been approved.
