There are some that doesn't show up in VJ (Mine also doesn't show up so I put closest to it and then put my real one in the comments) don't know the reason but can be because they opened later than the version updated on vj. or there just weren't enough applicants from the area etc.

By the way may I ask what does your status say on your cases? Do all of them have Sept 4 as they received date?

I messaged visa journey about it maybe they can add it so my infos can be more accurate!

Actually my status on AED/AP is that they received it on august 22nd.

And  on sept 4th they accepted the fingerprint fee for AOS.

Ok then your AOS was also received on 22nd, and then the status changed before you got the email to fingerprint fee received (so they sent you the biometrics schedule letter too).

Congrats :)

if they add it please share with us too, a few also asked for San Fernando Valley office but they didn't add, so if that works I'll try asking again too!

Well the first impact: I am going crazy over a noa1 to arrive as we are getting closer to 9/11 :D

But yes it is a really interesting situation, and from what it says; in logic, it should be in a good way - considering placeholders, however, as USCIS tends to just hand out RFEs like lollipops at the doctors office recently, I hope they will be "logical"... but then again "logic" "USCIS"... doesn't really have a connection much...

Yes. very scary time for new filers.  From what it seems . there may be no RFE for incomplete applications after 9/11.  Just straight out denials....   I hope this is not the case.   All I can recommend to new filers is front=load your applications. follow the instructions , don't forget any critical documents and check and double check and triple check.

Well the problem stands with what they mean for "incomplete application" as it is too vague...I mean I saw cases last year that made my jaw drop and ask "what did you send????" RFE looking like a grocery list for a whole month. so to tell the truth if the case is that I could accept it. which would make people more cautious and not just send out an empty folder making others just wait in line for even longer than they suppose to. But as USCIS is known for sending out unnecessary RFE, and losing documents etc; I hope this only applies to real placeholders with missing half the things inside.. not for what they lose themselves while scanning.

Hi guys, have a question.Did you submit the form I-693 on AOS package?

if your beneficiary has not done a immigration medical check as part of the 129f application then you must do a I-693.  if you did a immigration medical check as part of the 129F visa interview then it expires after 1 year.  File AOS before the immigration medical expires.

you didn't get a copy of it?

Ok so normally for k1, it suppose to be with your medical which also suppose to be in their hands. So unless they tell you to send it you do not have to. so don't worry.

some people just send a copy of it just in case.

However, in the instructions it says a k1 does not have to send it. so the worst they will send you an rfe about it. and you can get it from a local doctor.

The physician told me to give it at port of entry.Maybe they CBP mail  documents to USCIS.

@Naes thank you dear.

they already had it in your sealed envelope, so you probably ended up giving the second copy. good luck, try not to worry, some physicians doesn't even give the second copy so not everyone has this anyway.
